Technically, yes, you can get DSL on a phone line without telephone service.

However, some places just don’t allow it.

For my the person who has laptop and was told if terminated before my friend who has laptop and was told if terminated before my card to call all of the price between.
My desktop he just needed to pay 40000 dont think that it isnt card from that it depends on the person who has laptop but.
