Okay im on Tiscali Broadband UK and my phone line is by BT. I’ve had this connection going for 3+ years and never had problems. But now for some reason my internet keeps cutting for a few seconds. Which is enough for me to get kicked out a game on XBOX and have to restart.

We noticed that when we dial 1571 (to listen to voicemail/messaging service), it cuts. And we tried this 3 times and it cut.

What can i do?

Most systems run with a dynamic IP address with specific machines set with a static IP for the particular job they are used for. Internet connection goes through a firewall appliance and then on to a router.
